Notes on the booking

• For booking, please fill in the registration form below.
• The maximum number of participants for the entire "Photonics Manager Compact" program is 15. The max. number of participants of the technical part “Future of Photonics” is 26.
  
• Click "Register Now" to confirm the booking request. In the next step, you will receive a confirmation registration e-mail in which you can see a summary of your selected options and then please confirm. Only then does the booking request become binding.
• After sending your booking request we will check the seating capacity. In the positive case you will receive a personal e-mail from us in which we accept the booking request. Only then the booking is binding. If there are no more seats available, you will also receive a personal feedback from us.

Notes on the consequences of the corona situation

The continuing education program is a face-to-face event. We guarantee the hygiene measures required by law. You are obliged to observe and comply with the legal and institute-internal regulations at the time of the event in order to be able to participate in the event.

This concerns, if applicable, the presentation of a complete vaccination status (according to German law), a currently valid Covid-19 recovery certificate (according to German law) and/or the presentation of a current negative rapid test. We will update whether and which regulations are likely to apply on the website under the conditions of participation and will also inform you by e-mail after registration.

Should the event still not be able to take place due to Corona/Covid-19 on the part of Fraunhofer IOF, the date will be rescheduled and you will be informed by us via e-mail. We plan to send you this information in time (about 4 weeks before). After notification of the alternative date (date of e-mail dispatch), you have the option of maintaining your registration or withdrawing from your participation within 4 weeks. In the latter case, the participation fee will be refunded in full.
