The »Lensshape« 3D system
The Fraunhofer IOF has developed the »Lensshape« system for the fully automatic, contactless and precise measurement of free forms. The 3D digitalizer works on the principle of self-calibrating structured light projection.

The »UA3P« profilometer system
The Fraunhofer IOF has a tactile measuring “UA3P” profilometer from Panasonic.

- Probe radius: 0.5 mm and 2 µm
